Here comes the rest of my life

In a bed by myself
With a pain in my chest and
a knowledge of how things are
I woke with a quiet resolution to a
Kinda peaceful resignation.
a weird feeling that this has all been
my break in an existence that
may be to long. Pulling back and
here it goes now, no use to cry over
what I've no control anyhow
Here comes the rest of my life
